ClarityInsights ("we", "us", "our") provides automated AI-powered analytics reports based on data from your Microsoft Clarity account. We collect data daily via the Clarity API using credentials you provide, and deliver weekly email reports with UX insights and recommendations.
By subscribing to our service, you:
We access your Clarity data solely to generate analytics reports. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim to deliver reports weekly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on the Microsoft Clarity API, which has its own limitations (rate limits, data retention). We are not liable for missed reports due to API outages or changes.
The free tier includes one weekly report per Clarity project. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
The report format, AI analysis methodology, and website content are owned by ClarityInsights. Your Clarity data remains yours.
ClarityInsights is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on our reports. Our AI-generated insights are recommendations, not guarantees.
You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or revoking your API token. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
