3. How We Use Your Data

Report generation: We use your Clarity API token to fetch analytics data daily and generate weekly AI-powered reports sent to your email.
Service improvement: We may analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve our reports.
Communication: We only email you the reports you subscribed to. No marketing emails.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not access your visitors' personal data (names, emails, etc.) — Clarity anonymizes this.
We do not use session recordings or heatmap images.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Microsoft Clarity API: We access data you authorize us to view. Subject to Microsoft's terms.
OpenAI: We send aggregated analytics metrics (no PII) to generate AI insights. Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
Resend: Used to deliver emails. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile: Used for bot protection. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

6. Data Security

Your API tokens are stored on a secured server with restricted access. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data — contact us for a copy of what we store.
Delete your data — unsubscribe and we will remove your data within 30 days.
Revoke access — regenerate your Clarity API token at any time to immediately cut off our access.

8. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set functional cookies required for bot protection.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
